		<description>Hey Matt, sorry to hear you are in such a negative, bummed-out frame of mind. I&#039;m sure things will improve quickly, and once you&#039;ve left the dock it will all be worth it.

I&#039;ve been tracking the Syzygy saga for about 1.5 years now (my wife and I are also contemplating a couple of years of cruising with our boys) and your journey-before-the-journey has been fascinating. I&#039;ve learned a lot from your experiences and I really appreciate you sharing them. Your Herculean efforts to repair and fit-out the boat provide a nice sense of perspective when I start to feel that my little 16 foot dinghy is a lot of work. :)

By the way, there is a band here in Seattle called Mars Accelerator that has a song titled &quot;You/Me Syzygy&quot; on their album &quot;Clouds for Your Y-Axis&quot;. It is only the *second* time I have encountered the word!</description>
